What happens if my Wi-Fi drops?
LullaCam immediately alerts you on the parent device if the connection is interrupted. The moment Wi-Fi is restored, it automatically reconnects. You'll always know if something needs your attention.
Does it work when my screen is locked?
Yes. Audio monitoring continues in the background even when your screen is locked or you switch apps. For the baby unit, we recommend keeping it plugged in and setting Auto-Lock to "Never" for uninterrupted video monitoring.
What if the baby unit's battery runs low?
The parent device displays the baby unit's battery level in real time. You'll receive an alert when it drops below 20%, giving you plenty of time to plug it in. For overnight use, we recommend keeping both devices plugged in.
How is this different from FaceTime?
FaceTime is designed for conversations, not monitoring. LullaCam runs in the background, shows audio levels, monitors the remote device's battery, offers one-tap talk-back, and alerts you when the connection drops. It's purpose-built for watching over your baby.
